Yeah, yeah, we got spirit....

AIESEC Calgary delegates from WRC (Western Regional Conference) has finally came back with the beloved Spirit Keg. *WARNING* A brief history lesson. The Spirit Keg originated in 1998 at WRC from AIESEC Edmonton, to be given to the western local that shows the MOST spirit during WRC. It would be given away from the local who had won the Spirit Keg the previous WRC. In AIESEC Calgary's history, Calgary has won it twice, in 1999 and 2001. So after 4 long years of tyring but never ever giving up, AIESEC Calgary can once again hoist the keg. It did not take an individual or a group of members but it took the entire 28 AIESEC Calgary delegates to win the Spirit Keg. Never have I seen such passion and commitment from 28 individuals. Awesome job team! We really do deserve it. Let us not forget the fire of AIESEC passion in our hearts and show the rest of AIESEC Canada not only do we have spirit but we also work to get results. It has been great cheering beside all of you and I look foward to see the success you will have in AIESEC and the time where we will again have to get our "spirit on" at NC (National Congress)
